Tee 9 Resto & Lounge

Today, I had lunch together with a couple of food bloggers at Tee 9 Resto & Lounge. This restaurant just opened less than 2 weeks, still in the soft-opening period.

Inside interior

Outside for smoking area

Risotto of Veal Ossobucco - Rp. 135.000
5 hour slow cooked Veal Shin, Rich Tomato sauce, Fresh Peas & Grated Parmesan
I really enjoyed this rich and creamy Risotto.

Salmon Tartare - Rp. 115.000
Finely Chopped Raw Salmon, Avocado, Baby veggies, Black Bean & Crostini
It's delicious!

Pizza Pork Belly - Rp. 45.000
The pizza crust was nicely thin and crunchy. But then, I was not fond of the cloying topping of pork belly on it.

Soft Shell Crab - Rp. 75.000
Tempura Battered Crab & Chili Jam
The tempura was decent though it's a bit odd with the Indonesian chili jam on the top.

Baby Pavlova - Rp. 50.000
Meringue, Creme Chantilly, Fresh Fruit & Pistachios
It's simple, not too sweet... tasted perfect for my dessert.

Ginger Ale - Rp. 30.000

All prices subjected to 7% service charge & 10% tax
Current currency: 1 USD = Rp. 9.500
